Spiced ChocolatRouge

This delightful warm drink was inspired by our love for mulled wines. For our drink we warmed in a large pan on the stovetop, one bottle of ChocolatRouge Sweet Red along with a sliced whole orange, sliced apple and 4 sliced figs. To spice we used 1-teaspoon cinnamon, 1-teaspoon cardamom and one whole star anise along with a dash of chocolate bitters. Warm together until simmered and strain spices before serving. Garnish with whole cinnamon stick and serve in glass mugs with friends.
